Arrival time (working day):

Standard product arrival time = 48 hours processing time + shipping time
Custom product arrival time = 72 hours processing time + shipping time
The number of orders increases during the peak season, and the processing time may increase to 3-7 days.

Shipping methods

Standard shipping, free shipping on orders over or equal to $19. When the order amount is less than $19, a shipping fee of $3 will be charged.
Express Shipping are charged according to the actual weight. If you want to receive the item faster, it is recommended to choose Express Shipping. Express shipping involves multiple carriers. We will select the most suitable carrier based on the package contents and your destination.

Duties and taxes

Delivery address

When placing an order, please ensure that the address is filled in correctly, especially the zip/postal code and contact info. If the package is returned as undeliverable because the address was incorrect or you could not be contacted, you will be responsible for all costs. In addition, you should also know whether the address you are in can be delivered. Some addresses may not be delivered for some special reasons, and the recipient needs to pick it up.

Multiple packages

When your order has too many products, or contains charged items (button batteries, other batteries). It may be shipped in multiple packages. If you receive the package and find that there are fewer items, please don’t worry, you can contact our customer service to confirm.
